Shipping Policy

We ship Brad as a wet starter or dehydrated starter.

Wet Starter: Priority mail - packed in thermal wrap with an ice pack.

​

Dehydrated Starter - Sent in a regular envelope via first class mail.

​

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to make sure Brad doesn't sit in the post officer over the weekend. Delays in the postal service are uncommon, but it Brad is not viable by the time he gets to his final destination, we will replace him free of charge.
