I woke up one day about a decade and a half ago and decided, Hey, I want to learn to make sourdough bread.  And so I did.  So many failures along the way led me to so many successes.  I love the simplicity of it all.  But wait?  Did I just say simplicity? Many of you might be thinking I lost my mind, but I think that the information out on the internet tends to overwhelm people, so I decided to make it my mission to teach people how easy it is to make amazing sourdough bread.  I started teaching classes and with the help of my charming husband, we have been able to teach hundreds of people to make amazing bread. When you sign up for my class, you will get my incredible starter, Brad.  Brad has never failed to make a great loaf of sourdough.  Besides Brad, you get step by step visual instructions in a fun and lively setting.  Bring a friend, bring a group of friends, grab some coffee or a mimosa and head over to have fun in a relaxed laid-back atmosphere.
